COVID-19 – Telehealth Update
Our office is committed to serve our clients and community during the COVID-19 crisis. All of the therapists, psychologists and support staff have been fully vaccinated. Dr. Patterson has begun seeing fully vaccinated clients in person again. In addition, she continues to provide caring, ethical, consistent, and reliable telehealth therapy sessions virtually through secure HIPAA compliant platform (Zoom). Although less preferred, she can do phone sessions.
Our receptionists in the office Monday-Thursday from 10:00am-3:00 pm and can answer many of the questions you may have, schedule appointments or if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Telehealth is Effective: Research indicates that it can be as effective as face to face therapy for most people.
Telehealth is Simple: All you need is:
a computer, phone, iPad or tablet
a solid internet connection
a private room where you can talk
You can test it out any time by clicking on the link and it will take you to my waiting room - which is where you will wait on the day of your appointment and then I will add you to my video conference at your appointment time.

Telehealth Insurance Coverage: Telehealth is Covered by most Insurance Companies during the COVID-19 Crisis. If you have questions about your policy please contact your insurance carrier.
Payment for services: We will file your insurance as usual and charge the credit card that we have on file for your copayment. If you need to change the card for payment just let me know at the time of the session.
